Apartment SM Suite
The SM Suite has a about 80 sqm size and offers a special mixture of fetish and design. Just after opening the main door you are entering a spacious lounge area with comfortable arm chairs and a sofa(bed) which gives also space to sleep for 2 more guys.
The bedroom on the left has a huge double bed with hifi and flat screen tv opposite. A stylish chair with lamp allows to read a good book whilst a private desk makes it easy to do unpostbonable paper work. This is also the place for your private notebook, which you can use with our wireless lan network easily.
The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast table and computer (free adsl and wireless lan), hotplate, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a dishwasher as well. You should spend your time with playing, not with doing housework !! If you are arriving late, we offer you a shopping service to buy drinks and essential food. If you need something, just give us your list with the booking form ! The ward robe for your luggage offers a little safe as well, it keeps the bedroom

Highlight is the huge metal frame in the middle of the room with a pulley on the ceiling which gives space for every kind of bondage play. The equipment includes the upholstered sling made by Blackjump, an extra long cage with integrated steel collar and 2 upholstered surfaces (as a possibly additional bed for another person), an upholstered bondagewall with St. Andrews cross, hifi and dvd-player. Additional to this you will find sleepsacks in rubber and leather as well as toys like dildoes, hoods, nippleclamps, masks, mitts, chains, ropes a.s.o. without any extra costs. Just come and play !
