General Terms and Conditions

1. General Conditions
Online bookings are binding only after we have sent out a preliminary confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right to decline a booking request without giving any reasons. We require a deposit in order to give a final confirmation of the booking. A change of a booking at a later stage, such as a request to prolong or shorten a stay or to transfer a booking to third parties, is possible but only with our specific consent.
 
2. Deposit
After we have confirmed your booking request we will ask you to pay a deposit of at least half of the total rental into one of our bank accounts. Please make sure this deposit/payment will reach our accounts within 7 working days of the confirmation of booking. In case we have not received the full deposith within that time frame we will consider the booking released and no longer confirmed.
 
3. Balance of Rental Payment
The remaining balance of rental is payable in cash when you check-in at the apartment. 
 
4. Check-In
The rental period starts on your arrival date at 14.00h and ends on your departure date at 12.00h. Exceptions are possible – please arrage well in advance! Please make sure you arrive before 22.00h for check-in! Should there be any major delays or changes to your check-in time (e.g. due to train or flight cancellations or delays) please inform us through telephone call or text message at the earliest opportunity! In any case please send us a text message or give us a quick call when you are approx. 30 minutes away from the apartments so that we have enough time to meet you there and check you in! We will hand you 2 sets of keys during check-in at the apartment.
 
5. Cancellation
A cancellation of your booking is possible up to three weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please use the relevant forms on our homepage to inform us about your cancellation. In this case we will refund your deposit after deducting a fee of €50.00. Should you wish to cancel your booking within two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date we will be unable to refund your deposit.
 
6. Only the number of persons mentioned in the booking is allowed to stay at our apartments. The bringing of pets needs our specific consent.
 
7. During the time of usage the guests are liable for the full costs of repair for any damage caused to the apartment and its contents. We cannot be held responsible for the liability of short-term and temporary fault of equipment pieces, public supplies, elevator, internet access etc. any rebate is excluded. The same holds true for acts of god. The usage of the apartment, the furniture and equipment as well as public staircases and access are at the guest’s own risk.
 
8. In case of any loss or damage of valuables during your stay we cannot be held responsible.
 
9. The agreed rental includes a final cleaning, extras and the usage of towels and bedding. In the case of severe contamination we will charge an additional €50.00 for extra cleaning.

10. Taking pictures and shots for professional purposes in our apartments requires our specific permission.

11. We ask you to please act according to the general habits and customs in tenements and be mindful of your neighbouring apartments. Disturbing noise is to be avoided – especially after 22.00h at night. This holds true for the stairway as well.
